Roll20 Players Cant See Map

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this. The dm and i were unable to figure it out.

Roll20 players cant see map. I imported a map from donjon and set it in the map layer set down the player tokens and assigned them to each player but when they joined all they could see was the token layer and their. Ya no the fog of war is gone in so much as i players can see the map layer and they can see anything on the map layerany token i set to map layer they can see just fine. I can now see the maps but the new tokens that i place on the map dont show up.

Everything works fine for all of us except for one of the players is unable to see the map or anything in the background layer. Depending on the connection i have varied results. Being critical of roll20s software asking for ways around problems etc are all allowed.

Downloaded and installed the latest run time environment from java and tried a number of browsers and fixes.
